IRONLOG FIT is operated by Core Nutrition Meals LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect: When you sign up and use IRONLOG FIT, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, age, height, weight, fitness goals, health and injury information, dietary information, and progress photos you upload. Payment information is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

How we use your information: We use your information to create and deliver your custom training and nutrition program, communicate with you, process payments, provide coaching and support, and improve our services.

How we share your information: We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for data hosting, and Resend for email), and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Data storage and security: Your data, including your intake photos, is stored securely with access restricted to you and your coach. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at emedinrivera@live.com.

Children: IRONLOG FIT is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes: We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
